Sharing the every day with another soul

No idea what to have for dinner, just like yesterday? Take a peek at the Pantry, your mobile food community where you can see what other people are currently eating. Enjoy fun other features, such as recipe sharing, food pictures, and grocery lists.

The Pantry helps people get inspired on what to eat. Sounds easy, and it is simple: answer a few simple questions on what kind of food you are looking for, and the Pantry shows you the best dinner ideas happening around you on a map. Let’s get cooking!

The Pantry app is currently in its design and architectural phase.

The Pantry-app

I got captivated by the blog comment below a few years ago, and it led to the idea for the Pantry-mobile application. Why not share your daily dinner plans with the people around you, since most of us struggle day-to-day to decide what’s for dinner? Well, the answer is, let’s check what’s in the Pantry.

“I once heard my grandma talking on the phone to my aunt, when she asked, ‘Now, what are you having for dinner tonight?’ At the time, I thought it was a sweet but odd thing to inquire about. Now, I see that it’s the stuff that life is really made of. Isn’t that what intimacy really is – sharing the every day with another soul?"
